Training on Monday nights 7-9pm for over 12’s and adults training together. Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art focused on harmony, balance, and self-defence. Rather than relying on strength or aggression, it teaches practitioners to redirect an opponent’s energy using controlled movements, throws and joint techniques. This martial art also uses wooden weapons to assist open-handed training. |
