3 February: RSPB visit to London Wetlands Centre
Meeting at the centre in Queen Elizabeth's Walk, Barnes, SW13 9WT at 10am for an outing to see a variety of the most colourful British ducks including teal, shoveler and widgeon.

9 February: Free energy efficiency breakfast for businesses
Hartsfield Manor, Sandy Lane, Betchworth, RH3 7AA
The Council is running a free energy efficiency breakfast in partnership with the Carbon Trust and Surrey Chambers of Commerce.
Registration and breakfast starts at 7.30am, with the training session running between 8am and 10am, followed by networking until 10.30am.

10 February: An illustrated talk on the wildlife of Guyana, South America
All saints Church Hall, Fulford Road, West Ewell, KT19 9QY
Arranged by Epsom and Ewell RSPB group Glenda Law is an experienced photographer and will showing photos of birds, mammals, insects and the general habitat of Guyana.
Time: 7.45pm
Cost: £4 for non-members, £3 for RSPB members and free to local group members

29 February: Free utility management workshop for businesses
Harlequin Theatre & Cinema, Warwick Quadrant, Redhill, RH1 1NN
The Council and UTILISE have organised a free workshop to help businesses decode their utility bills and find areas for savings. The day offers practical advice for reducing energy and water consumption as well as minimising waste.

9-20 March: An exhibition of life and portrait painting
Chequer Mead Arts Centre, East Grinstead
A variety of figurative studies created by both professional and amateur artists who will be available during the exhibition to discuss their work.
