Proposed Off-Street Parking Places Order 2017

The Council is proposing to revoke its current Off-Street Parking Places Order, known as The Borough of Reigate and Banstead (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2016 and bring in to effect a new Order entitled The Borough of Reigate and Banstead (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2017. The proposed changes are set out in the Notice of Proposals dated 12 January 2017.

The following documents can be downloaded and are also available for public inspection at the Council offices during the consultation period which runs from Thursday 12 January 2017 to Friday 10 February 2017 and throughout the process of the proposed making of the order in February 2017:

Members of the public may attend the Council Offices between 9am and 4.30pm to view the documents.

Objections

All objections and representations relating to the proposed Order, must be made in writing, specifying the grounds on which they are made, to the Head of Corporate Policy, Performance & Parking, by email to carparkorder@reigate-banstead.gov.uk or by post to the Council Offices (Town Hall, Castlefield Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 0SH) no later than 4.30pm on Friday 10 February 2017.
