We work in partnership with Independent Home Solutions CIC in relation to the administration of our grant and loan schemes.
Anchor Staying Put, our previous partner, disbanded their business this year and Independent Home Solutions CIC was formed from the local Anchor office.
Assistance in applying for Disabled Facilities Grants
Independent Home Solutions assist elderly, disabled and vulnerable residents (both owner occupiers and tenants) in the private sector in applying for Disabled Facilities Grants.
They also offer the SAFE scheme works to improve security of property and a handyman service for minor repairs.
