Viewing planning applications
Planning Applications post-September 2006
Documentation for planning applications, post-September 2006, can be viewed and downloaded via our planning application search by following the instructions below.
- Please go to the planning application search.
- In the search box, enter the reference number/postcode/keyword and click search.
- Click on the relevant application.
- Click on related documents.
- Click on view associated documents.
This should provide you with the documents relating to the requested planning application.
Planning Applications pre-September 2006
Decision notices for some planning applications pre-September 2006 may be available using the planning application search (please see the instructions above).
If the decision notice is not available on the website, please email landcharges@reigate-banstead.gov.uk so it can be looked into further.

If you wish to view plans, for a planning application pre-2006, please email csplanningdesk@reigate-banstead.gov.uk with details of the planning application and they will advise accordingly.
Town Hall Computers
Please note computers are available in the Town Hall to view plans and other documents for planning applications post 2006.
The computers are available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.45pm Friday.
