Town twinning
This section provides information about our twin towns - Brunoy in France and Eschweiler in Germany. People from this borough have forged friendships over the years through mutual interests in sport, culture, education and much more.
The Borough of Reigate and Banstead is twinned with Brunoy in France and Eschweiler in Germany.
The official charters signed by the Mayor of each town are on display in the Town Hall.
Our links with the two towns are many and varied. Many people from this borough have forged friendships over the years through mutual interests in sport, culture and education.
Reigate and Banstead Twinning Association is an independent organisation run by volunteers whose function is to oversee the town twinning links and also acts as a clearing house for those seeking contacts through clubs, schools and organisations.

The Association publishes a regular newsletter and organises annual reciprocal visits to the twin towns.
