Our priorities from the Corporate Plan 2009-12 are set out in a number of programme delivery plans. The latest update of progress against these delivery plans can be seen below.
Regeneration Programme Delivery Plan
The Regeneration Programme focuses on the key regeneration areas of Redhill, Horley, Merstham and Preston.
Build Programme Delivery Plan
The Build Programme consists of build projects, such as the New Horley Leisure Centre, Donyngs Refurbishment, Woodmansterne and Lady Neville Pavilions.
Local Development Framework (LDF) Programme Delivery Plan
The LDF Programme focuses on the development of the Core Strategy and other subsequent policy documents which form part of the LDF.
Environment Programme Delivery Plan
The Environment Programme focuses on Sustainable Energy and tasks associated with keeping our borough safe and clean.
Council Fit for The Future Programme Delivery Plan
The Council Fit for The Future Programme focuses on delivering the essential cashable savings needed to ensure the council’s financial health.
