Participation
We received 12 completed postcard surveys.
Visiting the centre
We asked participants if they have ever visited Horley Community Centre. All 12 participants confirmed they have visited Horley Community Centre previously, with one participant noting they visit ‘mainly for lunch.’
Describing the current centre
We asked participants what three words they would use to describe Horley Community Centre currently. 12 responses were submitted to this question.
The word cloud shown in Figure 6 visually represents the frequency of words within the feedback provided, the word ‘friendly’ appeared most often, followed by ‘welcoming’. See Appendix 2 for the full responses.

We asked participants what three words they would use to describe a successful, modern community centre. 12 responses were submitted to this question.
