2. Triage

Every case is triaged to gather additional information. If it is determined that there is a more suitable service for the family, we will signposted towards other services that would meet their needs.

Families that are being accepted are explained the process of engagement including what to expect from the FSP and what is required of them. We then ask families to give their consent. It is completely the family’s choice if they want to work with the FSP.

If there is a waiting list families will be contacted frequently whilst awaiting allocation. More urgent cases are allocated quicker.
