- Watercolour community facility consultation
The Local Area Capital Grants scheme was created specifically to distribute funds secured by the Council to support the development of community facilities within the local area around Watercolour. Due to restrictions on the funding, projects need to be capable of being completed by 2015. An application for a Local Area Capital Grant has been submitted by the Parish of All Saints'', South Merstham to extend and enhance Canada Hall. Before considering this application for funding we would like to understand the views and aspirations of Watercolour residents for a community facility.
