This section provides information on the ways you can make payments to the Council.
Paying online (available 24 hours)
Currently you can pay Parking Fines (Penalty Charge Notices) and Reigate & Banstead invoices (excluding Housing Benefit overpayments) online.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Domestic Maestro, Delta, Electron and Solo cards.
Paying by telephone (8.30am-5.30pm weekdays)
Open 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
- When paying a Parking Fine (PCN) by telephone you will need your PCN number.
- When paying an invoice by telephone you will need your account number.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Electron and Solo cards.

Cheques should be crossed and made payable to Reigate & Banstead Borough Council.
- When paying a Parking Fine (PCN) please make sure you write your PCN number on the back of the cheque as well as your name and address.
- When paying Council Tax make sure you write your Council Tax reference number on the back of the cheque as well as your name and address.
