Comment on the Borough's future development

The Core Strategy Preferred Options Consultation document sets out the preferred approach to the future development of the Borough of Reigate & Banstead until 2026.

Direction of the Borough

The Core Strategy Preferred Options Consultation covers many topics including housing, the built and natural environment, transport, the economy and regeneration and will give local residents an opportunity to comment on the direction that the Borough Council is hoping to take.

Core Strategy

Following consultation the document will form part of the Core Strategy, which will set out the overarching planning policy framework for the borough of Reigate & Banstead, and the Council will prepare a draft Core Strategy for public consultation and submission to the Government.

If you have internet access, the easiest way to make you views known is to comment on line via the Core Strategy page, however if you wish to fill in a hard copy feed back form please contact Customer Services on 01737 276 000 to have one posted to you. Information will also be available in the Council Help Shops and libraries.

The consultation period will be taking place from Friday 18 July to Friday 29 August.
