Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Publication Scheme
This section provides information about the Borough Council's Publication Scheme.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires the Council to adopt and maintain a Publication Scheme which
- sets out the classes of information it holds
- the manner in which it intends to publish the information
- whether a charge will be made for the information.
Our Publication Scheme shows the information which the Council routinely publishes, and will be regularly updated, as new information becomes available.
The Council’s Director of Resources has overall responsibility for the scheme and the Head of Legal and Property Services is responsible for maintaining the scheme on a day to day basis.
These officers should be contacted with inquiries about the scheme itself.
Any suggestions for additions or improvements are welcome.
Inquiries about particular published information should be directed to the officer or department identified in the scheme itself.
