Heritage Open Days
Heritage Open Days are now an important national event, allowing everyone free access to historic buildings not normally open to the public.

There are also tours, talks and activities, which will bring local history and culture to life.
September 2008
The 2008 event took place between Thursday 11 September and Sunday 14 September.
Reigate and Banstead’s Heritage Open Days programme was organised locally by The Reigate Society. There were 23 venues including four not previously opened. There were various activities taking place in and around the venues which are open including countryside displays, guided walks, recitals and exhibitions.
We are grateful to the owners who opened their doors as part of Heritage Open Days.
