Guildford Boathouse
This section provides information about Guildford Boathouse on the historic river Wey.
Visitors to Guildford boathouse will find a fleet of rowing boats and canoes available for hire by the hour or the day, 7 days a week from Easter to October.
You can also hire on of the boathouse's range of narrow boats - little more than 6ft wide but stretching up to 70ft in length.
Perfect for a group looking for a short break, a range of narrowboats are available sleeping up to seven people.
If you do not fancy steering your own course, you can sit back and relax on board one of the boathouse's two purpose-built river trip boats - 'The Harry Stevens' and the 'The Alfred Leroy'.
The boats take their names from men who had strong associations with the River Wey.
A trip along the Wey offers an abundance of great scenery - and the odd pub to stop and while away the hours too.
