Birdworld in Farnham

This section provides information about Britain's largest birdpark and gardens in Farnham.

Britain's largest birdpark and gardens is based in Farnham, Surrey and has much to entertain young people.

In addition to a walk around 26 acres of aviares and beautiful landscaped gardens you can enjoy penguin feeding, the heron theatre, bird safari rides, animal handling and for those with strong stomachs, feeding time for the birds of prey.

The penguin feeding is one of the most popular events, where visitors watch the penguins being fed by a keeper and learn all about them.

During 'heron theatre' performed throughout the day, young birds raised at Birdworld perform tricks to amaze the audience.

Visitors can also go on a special ride through the park to meet some of its larger inhabitants including vultures, cranes, emus and ostriches.
