Painting for Pleasure
This section provides information about the regular "Painting for Pleasure" event for amateurs at the Woodhatch Centre.
Monday afternoons at 2pm in the Green Room is where our inspiration is found!
We are all amateurs, many of us had never painted before and we help each other. Most of our work is watercolours and we usually copy from a photo or picture.
Every three months or so, we hold an exhibition in the Centre and occasionally sell some of our work. If you look round the building some of our work is on display.
We are a friendly group and often as much chat as painting is done. Where else can you spend such a pleasant afternoon for 25p?
