There are many parent and toddler groups across the Borough. Please use our online directory to find one near you.

Before dealing with groups involving children should read our advice at the bottom of the page.

Advice concerning children's groups

RBBC do not necessarily endorse any of these groups. We advise you check the following before using any of these services for children.

Surrey County Council Family Information Service (website opens in new window) maintains a register of those who look after children under eight for more than two hours a day. You can view this on School, childcare and nurseries (Directgov website, opens in new window). 

Other groups may voluntarily register with the Ofsted Voluntary Childcare Register (Ofsted website opens in new window). You may wish to check if they are a registered charity, about qualifications, affiliations and pricing.

If no parental presence is required you may want to ask for Criminal Records Bureau check or ask for their policies.
