Nextstep is a rent deposit scheme run by Reigate & Redhill YMCA to help young people find private rented accommodation in the Borough.

Who is eligible for help?

You must be

Single, aged 16-30
Living in Reigate & Banstead Borough, or have a local connection, such as close family, or be working or studying in the Borough
In housing need, i.e. threatened with homelessness or in need of alternative accommodation
On a low income or receiving benefits
Have little or no savings
Be capable of independent living
