GPs' surgeries

This section provided information on GPs surgeries in the Borough.

When you move to a new area, you need to register with a General Practitioner (GP) before you are able to make appointments to see a doctor or nurse.

In order to do this you must locate a suitable GP practice and register yourself.

You can use the internet to find your local GP practice. Alternatively, call the Primary Care Agency on 0208 335 1400.

Once you have located a GP, contact them by telephone or by visiting their surgery.

You will be required to fill in form GSM1. Some GP surgeries require that you make an appointment with a nurse or doctor when you register. If, for any reason, you are unable to register with a GP, contact the PCA on the above number.

Local GPs' surgeries

You can find out about local GPs' surgeries including contact details and opening hours, on the NHS website's local services section.
