Dental surgeries
This section provides information on dental surgeries.
When you move to a new area, you will need to register with a dentist before you are able to make dental appointments.
In order to do this on the NHS, you must locate a suitable NHS dentistry practice and register yourself.
You can use the internet to find your local dentist. Alternatively, call the Primary Care Agency on 0208 335 1400 and they will provide you with a list of NHS dentists and their contact details.
Once you have found a dentist, contact them by telephone or by visiting their surgery.
You will be required to fill in a registration form. Some surgeries require that you make an appointment when you register. If, for any reason, you are unable to register successfully, contact the PCA on the above number.
Local dental surgeries
You can find out about local dental surgeries, including contact details and opening hours, on the NHS website's local services section.
