If you want to operate as sex establishment in the Borough you must apply for a licence from the Borough Council.
What needs a sex establishment licence?
A 'sex cinema' is any premises used to a significant degree for the exhibition of moving pictures which are concerned with the portrayal of sexual activity, or are intended to simulate or encourage sexual activity.
A 'sex shop' is any premises used to a significant degree for the selling, hiring, exchanging, lending, displaying or demonstrating of items connected with sexual activity.
