Our interest in the production, preparation, transportation and sale of food, and all the other processes in between, is to ensure, as far as possible, that the food we eat is safe and will not harm us.
Food can be an excellent medium for harmful bacteria to grow in, which is why there is so much concern. Laws have been made and Environmental Health Departments are charged with enforcing them.
However in our experience best results are achieved through co-operation and so the aim is always to assist businesses in meeting their legal obligations without resorting to the law, unless absolutely necessary.
