This section provides a form so you can tell the Council if your circumstances change.
If you are a council tax payer and circumstances change the Council needs to know.
Please download and complete the form below if you are a council tax payer and
- you change address
- your former property becomes vacant
- your spouse/partner leaves the property
- your spouse/partner dies.
