Scoping Report
The attached report indicates the aims and objectives of the work of the Panel, its projected outcomes, corporate governance issues and the proposed timetable for its work.
Current position
The Panel has completed its work. It produced one report which offered a number of recommendations on the draft Human Resources Strategy. In the event the Council did not undertake a Best Value review of Personnel Services so there was no involvement for the Panel in that part of its remit.
Reports
The Panel's report on the Human Resources Strategy was considered by the Executive on 8 December 2004 and a 
copy of that report is available here (9.0kB).
