The Panel's remit

The Panel was established to examine the constraints to disabled access to the environment of the four main town centres in the Borough namely Redhill, Reigate, Banstead and Horley.

Membership of the Panel

The Panel comprised Councillors B.J. Samuel (Chairman), J.M. Ellacott, Mrs S.F. King, Mrs S.J.V. Merritt and Mrs R.S. Turner.
