Performance Management
This section explains what Performance Management is, the criteria covered by the performance management reports, and links to the reports themselves
The Council has developed very strong performance management arrangements and the Overview and Scrutiny Committee receives each quarter sophisticated management information.
This includes:
- Financial monitoring information showing a variance analysis between Departments and the proposed management action; Default
- Schedule of Corporate Health Performance Indicators together with the appropriate action; and
- Corporate Workplan - Project and Major Tasks monitored by the responsible Executive Member Portfolio Holder.
This information is available through the Overview and Scrutiny Committee papers (E-genda) on a quarterly basis.
