This section is about our annual update to the Electoral Register. Every household should receive a registration form (sent 8 September).
If there are no changes to your details
You can register online by using the Electoral Reform Services website (opens in new window) if there are no changes in your details.
Using this service you can:
- register your household details provided there are no changes
- apply for a postal vote
- choose whether the names in your household will appear on the edited register.
Use the registration form for any changes
If you wish to make any changes to your registration details other than those listed above, please amend and return your registration form that you have or will soon receive in the post.
If the details on the form are correct you can simply sign and return the form or you can register by telephone. Full instructions are included with the form.
