By-Election Frequently Asked Questions

For the By-Election on 13 December 2007 in Earlswood and Whitebushes Ward.

1. Why is there a By-Election in this Ward?

The By-Election arises because of the vacancy caused by the resignation of Councillor Paul Hutchison.

Only electors registered to vote by the closing date 28 November 2007 are entitled to vote.
