Mayoral invitations
This section provides advice on how you can invite the Mayor to an event.
The Mayor welcomes invitations to attend events held by local organisations.
Due to demand it may not be possible to attend every event to which the Mayor is invited.
However, the Council does try to respond to all invitations that the Mayor receives.
Making an invitation by e-mail
If you would like to invite the Mayor to an event, you can do so by e-mail below.
Please remember to include:
- Your contact details, including email
- Details about the event - where, when, what time?
- What the Mayor is being asked to do - hand out prizes, make a speech, other
