We aim by 2009 to have
Improved the physical environment and economic potential of Redhill town centre by
- Starting the development of key sites in Brighton Road, Redhill
- Agreeing the redevelopment or improvement of the Warwick Quadrant, London Road, Redhill
Improved the physical environment and economic potential of Horley town centre by
- Facilitating development of a new library in the heart of the town centre
- Redeveloping vacant and out of date office blocks
Ensured the delivery of infrastructure and community benefits for the new neighbourhoods of Horley by
- Delivering key new facilities and transport improvements in accordance with legal agreements
- Agreeing the location and provision of the new Town Park
Improved the physical environment of Preston and Merstham housing estates by
- Delivering improved community facilities
- Building new private and better quality affordable homes
Improved the environmental, recreational and economic potential of the area to the norht and east of Redhill including the Copyhold site, Mere Park and Park 25 by
- Delivering new roads, junction improvements and community facilities as part of the long term plan up to 2016
