This section provides links to information about how the Council is performing and our service performance charters.
Like every local authority in England and Wales, Reigate and Banstead Borough Council is performance-assessed on a regular basis.
The Audit Commission carried out a Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) of the Borough Council in December 2003 and the results were published in April 2004. The Council received a 'Good' rating.
The Council also regularly publishes a Best Value Performance Plan which sets out what the Council has achieved and what it is aiming to achieve.
And our Service Charters set out the standards that the Council strives to attain each year.
