Our estates management team
This section provides information about how the Council manages its own land and property within the Borough.
The Council has an in-house estates management service, which is part of the Council's Legal & Property Services department.
This service is responsible for management of land and property that is owned by the Borough Council, with the exception of day-to-day management of parks, countryside and other open spaces, including grounds maintenance which is dealt with by our Parks and Open Spaces team.
Services that the estates management team provide to the Council include:
- sales
- lettings
- acquisitions
- property management
- asset valuations
- insurance valuations
- other professional property advice
