Planning applications satisfaction survey
The Borough Council is committed to consulting with our residents on a variety of issues. This section provides information about the Council's Planning Applicants Satisfaction Survey 2003.
Consultation overview
The planning survey was sent out to 800 residents and businesses that have used the planning service at Reigate and Banstead to see their views on the service we provide.
We have a statutory requirement to report how satisfied our planning applicants are. We are always keen to find out how to improve our services.
Who did we consult?
We consulted 702 residents and businesses and received 281 replies - a 40% response rate.
What were the key findings?
Results from the survey were encouraging, although our overall satisfaction rate has declined by 1% from 66.5% in 2001/2 to 65.6% in 2003/4.
