Within the Borough there are five Help Shops, as well as Customer Services desks at the Town Hall in Reigate.

Help Shops were set up in the 1990s and received a Chartermark Award for excellence in public service in 1998, 2001, then in 2004 and 2007 as part of the Customer Services team.

The Help Shops are funded by the Borough Council and advice is provided in partnership with Surrey County Council and other statutory and voluntary organisations.

Happy customers

Since they opened the Help Shops have served more than 500,000 customers.

Below are just a few of the comments we have received from people we have helped.
