Woodmansterne Neighbourhood Forum 9 November 2007

During the meeting a number of issues were raised. These were resolved during the meeting.
No issues were presented that would need to be taken forward to the next Panel meeting.
There was general disappointment at the low turn out for the meeting.
The date of next meeting will be agreed in the near future.
Nork and Tattenhams Neighbourhood Forum 13 December 2007

During the meeting a number of issues were raised.
Those agreed as priorities were:
parking on street corners Some Antisocial Behaviour on Rosebushes Estate.

Horley West Neighbourhood Forum 10 January 2008

During the meeting a number of issues were raised. Those agreed as priorities were:
Kinsley Road Damage to cars, Anti Social Behaviour.

Priorities agreed at the meeting
A request for a mobile CCTV to be used in Rectory Lane to be made to the Community Incident Action Group
The various arrangements for local community speed watch activities to be formalised
Vegatation to be cut back in a number of local areas where it obscures road signage.

Merstham Neighbourhood Forum 30th July 2008
Held at Canada Hall
Number of people present: 20
Chairman: Cllr G Crome
During the meeting a number of issues were raised, those agreed as priorities were:
Investigate the approach to dog fouling taken in the Caterham Area (RBBC)
Damage caused during recent works by Sutton and East Surrey Water (Raven Housing/SCC)
The following on-going concerns were discussed and actions will be taken by the local Councillors and partners to seek positive outcomes/consensus
Investigation of a no cold calling scheme for the area (Cllr Crome)
