Background Studies
To inform the Local Development Framework a number of background studies have been undertaken or information brought together, to understand key aspects of the social, economic and environmental characteristics of the Borough and plan for the future.
Monitoring
The Annual Monitoring Report is produced by the Council at the end of every year to assess the Council's progress against the Local Development Framework. It provides a wide range of information on the housing, economy, environment and transport within the Borough. The Council also regularly produces a number of monitors to see if policies are working effectively in key economic areas.

Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Report
