Service Charters

This section describes the Council's service charters which contain the standards we aim to adhere to.

The Council has adopted Service Charters which contain the standards we aim to adhere to when dealing with the public.

The Charters contain target response times and pledges to review performance against these targets.

The Service Charters were adopted to ensure we provide the best possible service to our customers.

The Charters can be viewed on-line, and are also available at our Helpshops and the Town Hall.
