Statutory List Descriptions (not including locally listed)

List of Buildings of Architectural and/or Historic Interest in the Borough of Reigate and Banstead.

These do not include locally listed buildings. 

The addresses are those given by the DCMS and its predecessors and may not reflect the postal address.

It should be noted that the list descriptions are for identification purposes only, are only required to describe the front elevation and are not intended to be a comprehensive list of all features of interest within a building.      

Updating

It is intended to ensure that any additions are added to the web page within a week  of designation. These may in the first instance be an additional page, which will be later incorporated within the main document.

This edition is an updated and corrected version only. New buildings are to be added to the local list as part of a consultation process and a new edition produced in late spring/early summer 2005.
