Housing Monitors

The housing monitors are publications produced annually by the Council and provide information on the housing market and housing commitments in the Borough.
They provide:
- data and analysis on the national and local housing market
- monitors housing provision against Surrey Structure Plan requirements
- and analyses trends in the housing supply
