Annual Monitoring Report
This section allows you to download the Annual Monitoring Report (AMR), a publication produced by the Council, which provides a wide range of information on the housing, economy, environment and transport within the Borough.
The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) is an annual report that monitors and assesses the Council's progress with the Local Development Framework (LDF) against the timetables set out in the Local Development Scheme (LDS). It also assesses the effectiveness of policies and objectives and the extent to which they are being achieved. The AMR identifies where changes are required to existing policies.
