The Disability Rights Commission (DRC) is an independent body set up by the Government to help secure civil rights for disabled people. Website includes a wide range of information some of which is aimed at employers. - Disability Discrimination Act

People running shops, restaurants, sports grounds and council facilities have to take "reasonable" steps to ensure they can be used by disabled people.
