Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) is produced by the Borough Council to provide extra guidance on and the interpretation of Local Plan policies.
The Land at Holmethorpe Development Brief SPG was adopted in November 2001.
Purpose
The SPG sets out detailed planning policies and aspirations for the development of two sites at Holmethorpe. The two sites consist of:
- land between the fast railway line and Nutfield Road - developed as a residential development known as Watercolour
- a smaller parcel of land situated to the west of the fast railway line between Trowers Way and Holmethorpe Avenue.
