Horley Design Guide SPD

This SPD provides guidance for those preparing planning applications for the new neighbourhoods and other developments in Horley, regarding the form, layout, character and quality of development. This guide supplements the more general guidance in the Borough-wide Local Distinctiveness Design Guide published in 2004.

Sustainability Appraisal
A Sustainability Appraisal (SA) was carried out on the draft Horley Design Guide SPD.
After the SPD was revised, a Sustainability Appraisal Statement was produced to show how the recommendations made in the SA report were taken into account.
