Strategic Flood Risk Assessment
The Reigate & Banstead Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) has been developed to assist the council to ensure that spatial planning decisions within the Borough are taken in an informed and balanced manner. Flood risk is a key local issue, and future development should (wherever possible) be steered away from areas that may be at risk.
