Design and Parking Review
This page is about the Design and Parking Review, part of the Local Development Framework (LDF) evidence base.
Consultants were appointed in 2008 to undertake research into how to provide a framework for graduated parking and density standards across the borough.
The report includes conclusions on how guidance and policies may be developed to address the impact of development based on accessibility in the borough, taking into account, the existing character of an area, appropriate density levels and the necessary parking provision.
