Types of search
Application reference
Use this search if you know the reference number of the application you are looking for.
? can be used if you are unsure of the type.
Date Received
Use this search if you know the date range in which the application was most likely received. This could return numerous applications, so for a faster response, keep the range as narrow as possible.
Address keyword
Select this option if you only know the address of the property in question.
% can be used as a wildcard character.
Near a postcode
Use this option to find all applications in and around an area specified by the postcode.
If the postcode entered is near a boundary between different postal sectors, for example the junctions between RH, KT, CR or SM postal sectors, the search may not find applications in the adjacent postal sector. A search using Address Keyword might be more appropriate. Applications for sites that do not have a postcode or are located in the highway may not be found using this type of search.
