Annual Household Electoral Registration Canvass 2019
Reigate & Banstead Borough Council is carrying out its annual statutory review of the electoral register to ensure that the information we hold is accurate and up to date. All households will receive a Household Enquiry Form addressed to The Occupier which one person in the household must take responsibility for responding to.
- You will need your security code to complete the form online, this code, and full instructions are on the form you received in the post
- You will need to use both parts of the security code
- Please ensure that the process is complete before logging off or hanging up
- If you respond online or by telephone or text you do not need to post back your form.
The easiest and quickest way to respond is online:
No changes to report
If there are no changes to the details printed on the form you can Text NOCHANGE with your security codes to 80212 (standard charges) or you can call 0800 197 9871. Please ensure that the process is complete before hanging-up.
If anybody is not registered to vote at the property, in addition to responding to the Household Enquiry form they must complete an individual application to register to vote. This can be done online at the Register to vote page (Gov.uk).
