Get Active 50+ gives you the chance to start exercising, keep healthy and meet new people. There’s a choice of sports across the borough, and they are all:
- Suitable for total beginners

Gentle exercises in the great outdoors. Suitable for complete beginners and for those who are looking to get fitter and stronger for other activities.
