Pitch hire application
Applications for 2023 - 24 season will open on 1 June 2023. Single pitches can be requested outside the season, multiple bookings for a single pitch during the closed season will not be considered.
To hire a pitch please complete the application form below. Season pitches are allocated for September 2023 to April 2024.

Pitches available
The Council has football pitches for hire at eight sites:
- Merstham Recreation Ground, Merstham
- Priory Park, Reigate
- Howard Close Recreation Ground, Tadworth
- Kingswood Recreation Ground, Kingswood
- Tattenham Way Recreation Ground, Burgh Heath
- Earlswood Ring, Earlswood
- Reigate Heath, Reigate
- Memorial Park, Redhill
There is a range of pitch sizes available including adult, junior, and mini pitches. Find out more about pitch sites here.
Hire fees
Pitches can be hired for a single match, for half a season (15 weeks) or a full season (30 weeks). The hire fee charges can be viewed here and there is a discount for junior use.
Changing rooms
There are changing room facilities at all pitch sites. Hirers take responsibility for opening and closing the changing rooms during use and for ensuring the facilities are clean and tidy at the end of use.
